Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Manager – Regional Operations Support to optimize regional customer service and operations from multiple locations (Erie, PA; Rockwall, TX). You will drive backlog reduction, coordinate with sales and service teams, and implement processes to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in operations, strong leadership and data skills, and a proven ability to manage high-volume,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in the field or in a related area.
• Detail oriented and versatile.
• Proficient with data management and strong problem solving skills necessary.
• Ability to communicate well on different levels within the organization and with customers.
• Ability to work well on your own and in a team environment.
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees regional customer service and operations to ensure efficient order management and backlog resolution.
• Drives process improvements and escalations to align regional performance with KPIs.
• Manages regional sales backlog and product fulfillment within Rep warehouses.
• Partners with Area Sales Manager and Service Center Operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors inventories to manage costs and maximize revenue.
• Ensures on-time dispatch of goods and effective distribution.
