Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to drive strategy execution by overseeing operations within a defined market and product line, focusing on productivity, efficiency, customer service, and employee retention in the Dundee Office, MI.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience, with Master’s degree preferred. Travel to company and customer sites in the region is expected, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive cost control and optimize financial performance by reviewing KPIs and budgets.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor cost drivers affecting financials.
• Conduct operations reviews to assess capacity, inventory, and productivity metrics.
• Enforce safety and environmental compliance, coordinating with safety and environmental managers.
• Improve productivity and customer service levels, collaborating across regions.
