Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all operations within a defined market and product line in the Dundee, MI area. The role focuses on efficiency, productivity, customer service, and employee retention, while maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience, with Master’s preferred. Travel to company and customer sites in the region is common. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive strategy execution, monitor KPI trends and cost drivers, and ensure productivity and safety.
• Prepare operating budgets and review financial statements, cost reports and KPIs.
• Foster safety culture and compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Improve operations by reducing turnaround times, streamlining processes and enhancing customer service.
