Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations and maintain delivery capacity. You will lead a team of Territory Managers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, developing staff, and partnering with motor carriers to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years of distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound operations for multiple client locations; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Meet/exceed client service goals and drive operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance and training.
• Collaborate with carriers to maintain delivery capacity and on-time performance.
