Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client retail locations, ensuring delivery capacity and efficient operations. You will analyze processes, supervise Territory Managers, and drive performance against client service goals.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, coordinating with carriers, coaching staff, and maintaining daily operational standards across the region.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outbound logistics of multiple client retail locations and maintain client delivery capacity.
• Conduct operational analyses and audits to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Supervise a team comprising Territory Managers within an assigned region.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and safe operations.
• Partner with motor carriers to ensure compliance and delivery capacity.
• Conduct weekly store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables.
