Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations, ensuring capacity and service levels. You will lead a team of Territory Managers in a specified region, uphold safety and policy standards, and drive operational excellence.

You will coordinate with carriers, optimize processes, and mentor Extra Milers to achieve peak performance while maintaining strong client satisfaction and compliance across the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; a relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years in distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to the workplace and client locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Lead onboarding and training of Extra Milers.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across multiple client locations; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient and safe operations.
• Oversee weekly operator settlements, back charges, and KPI sharing.
• Coach and develop staff; evaluate performance and take corrective action as needed.
