Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations and maintain delivery capacity. You will conduct analyses, audit procedures, and drive improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role includes supervising a team of Territory Managers within a region. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in distribution or supply chain, with at least 2 years of managerial experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of distribution and/or supply chain operations with at least 2 years in management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across multiple client locations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Supervise staff, provide training, evaluate performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct weekly on-site store audits and share KPI results with stakeholders.
