Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client retail locations and to maintain client delivery capacity. You will supervise Territory Managers, analyze operations, and drive improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of distribution/supply chain operations with managerial experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to client sites within the region.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily outbound operations for multiple client locations and ensure service goals are met.
Train, supervise, and evaluate Territory Managers; drive peak productivity and performance.
Maintain client delivery capacity and monitor KPIs; communicate results to stakeholders.
Partner with motor carriers to ensure compliance and delivery capacity.
Ensure safety, policy adherence, and effective onboarding of new staff.
