Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations for multiple client locations and ensure capacity meets client needs.
• Conduct analyses and audits to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and develop Territory Managers; manage performance and scheduling.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure compliance and delivery capacity.
• Maintain location KPIs and report to stakeholders; ensure safety and policy compliance.
