Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations and maintain delivery capacity. You will supervise Territory Managers, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include training, performance management, and weekly KPI review to support client satisfaction. Strong Excel skills and travel within the region are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech; professional demeanor in conflict.
• Willingness to travel within the region to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations to maintain delivery capacity.
• Analyze operations and audit outbound procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Lead a team of Territory Managers within an assigned region; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and safe operations; manage assets and store audits.
