Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• 2-4 years in distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years in management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees; reliable transportation for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Train and onboard Extra Milers; uphold company culture.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across locations; ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient operations.
• Oversee weekly operator settlements and back charge processes.
• Supervise staff; evaluate performance; take corrective actions.
• Maintain professional appearance and set example.
• Share location KPIs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with motor carriers for delivery capacity.
• Ensure safety, employee relations, scheduling, and grievances are managed.
• Hire, train, and appraise staff; administer disciplinary actions.
• Oversee maintenance of assets.
• Conduct weekly onsite store audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
