Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an experienced District Operations Manager to oversee the outbound logistics of multiple client locations, maintain delivery capacity, and lead operational improvements. This role requires hands-on leadership, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to coach and develop a regional team of Territory Managers.

You will ensure compliance with policies, partner with motor carriers to meet service levels, and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
2–4 years of distribution and/or supply chain operations with managerial experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication, and professional demeanor.
Willingness to travel within the region to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee outbound operations for multiple client locations to meet service goals.
Lead a team of Territory Managers, coach staff, and drive performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Analyze operations data and share location KPIs with stakeholders.
Partner with motor carriers to maintain delivery capacity and efficiency.
