Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District, translating corporate strategy into regional execution while ensuring safety, service quality, inventory accuracy, and strong financial performance.

You will develop Branch Managers, monitor KPIs, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational teams across the region.
• Establish performance expectations and standards across locations.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Ensure policy compliance and operational discipline.
• Drive accountability through reviews and performance metrics.
• Oversee regional inventory strategy and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and HR to support growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain leadership talent.
