• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and regulatory compliance through audits and safety programs.
• Drive adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Lead Superintendents and Crew Foremen in operational functions.
• Initiate and execute operational activities to meet business goals.
• Coordinate with Project Management for effective resource utilization.
• Develop strategies to enhance team productivity and performance.
• Oversee cost projections and manage information related to operations.
