• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of retail experience, including 5+ years in multi-store management.
• Experience in retail operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan strategically and manage time effectively.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities across multiple locations.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in standard office applications.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
