This role partners closely with project management to align resources, drive productivity, support business goals, and maintain cost visibility while effectively overseeing field teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Leader, Operations Major Projects to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide major operational projects across a regional footprint, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, execution, and team leadership. The position partners closely with project management to align resources, drive productivity, and support business goals. It also requires a steady focus on cost visibility, operational discipline, and the effective oversight of field teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and regulatory compliance through audits and participation in safety programs
• Drive adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Lead Superintendents and Crew Foremen in operational functions
• Initiate and execute operational activities to meet business goals
• Coordinate with Project Management for effective resource utilization
• Develop strategies to enhance team productivity and performance
• Oversee cost projections and manage information related to operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management, with a focus on cost analysis and budgeting
• 10+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
