You will lead Area Managers and frontline teams, uphold safety, and drive adherence to company standards while managing costs and resource allocation.

The role emphasizes leadership development, strong customer relationships, and alignment with strategic priorities across the region. A bachelor's degree and extensive travel are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in utility locating, utility services, telecom, construction, field operations, or related.
• Experience leading multiple managers, locations, or geographic territories.
• Demonstrated success managing operational, financial, and safety performance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-state region.
