Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across a global manufacturing footprint. You will partner with operations leadership to strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and cost while shaping KPI-driven execution in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This remote US-based role requires mentoring teams across locations, developing green/black belt capabilities, and delivering large-scale cross-functional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations or Continuous Improvement.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Project; PowerPoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead teams across multiple locations in Operational Excellence best practices.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities with employees at all levels.
• Empower operations leadership to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Champion Daily Visual Management methodology and train employees on continuous improvement tools.
• Conduct training on continuous improvement process tools and develop green/black belt expertise.
• Develop KPIs for monitoring and reporting continuous improvement initiatives on a monthly basis.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional process improvement projects.
