Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Outsourced Project Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution and governance across sites, ensuring programs meet quality and delivery expectations.

You will build the operational structure, drive hiring and onboarding, and maintain disciplined controls in a regulated environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams from a remote US-based location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex project operations.
• Strong KPI tracking and SOP development experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects across locations.
• Experience leading hiring and personnel management.
• PMP certification is required; ability to pass a Federal Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and governance.
• Drive multi-site operational execution as the primary point of contact.
• Build and lead operational teams through hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal security and quality standards.
