Insurance Office of America is seeking a Regional Director of Operations - Commercial Lines to lead the regional operations and drive performance. The role is hybrid, based in the Atlanta area with travel to branches and a focus on budgeting, process improvements and customer service outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in insurance operations and 3+ years in management, with active licenses and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• 7+ years of industry experience with broad knowledge
• 3+ years of management experience
• Active professional licenses
• Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic implementation to achieve regional goals
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and leadership development
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed
• Monitor performance data and implement improvements
• Collaborate with branch and regional sales teams
• Travel to branch sites regularly
