Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience and extensive insurance knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience in a leadership role.
• All required active licensing.
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management across the sub-Region/Region, including budgeting, performance, and HR processes.
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Recruitment and onboarding, including merger/acquisition evaluation.
• Develop and enforce core work processes and policy compliance.
• Travel to branch operations teams regularly to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Branch and Regional 1099 sales personnel to resolve operational issues.
