Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Commercial Lines to lead performance across the sub-region, oversee budgeting, strategy execution, and policy implementation in a hybrid role supporting the Atlanta, GA area.

The ideal candidate will manage operations teams, drive process improvements, maintain HR and compliance, and collaborate with branch and regional sales on integration efforts, mergers, and service quality, with regular travel to offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• All required active licensing.
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management across the sub-region/region.
• Manage sub-region/region P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Develop and implement core work processes and policies.
• Drive performance metrics and customer service quality.
• Collaborate with branch and regional sales teams on operational issues and integration.
• Travel to branch offices to engage with teams.
• Ensure HR compliance and risk management.
• Champion IOA values and culture.
• Support mergers and acquisitions integration.
