You will drive financial results, staff development, and policy implementation while partnering with sales and branch leaders.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Commercial Lines with 3+ years of management, plus active licensing and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with broad, deep knowledge of Commercial Lines
• 3+ years of management experience
• Active licensing in the field
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across the sub-Region/Region, including budgeting, performance management and staff development.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans; manage P&L, costs, and goals.
• Collaborate with branches and Regional 1099 sales personnel to resolve operational issues.
• Travel to and meet with branch operations teams regularly.
• Develop processes, ensure policy enforcement and HR compliance.
• Promote IOA values and leadership development across teams.
