Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District in Lincoln, NE. You will translate corporate strategy into regional execution, lead Branch Managers, and drive safety, service, and financial performance.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to optimize inventory, operating budgets, and customer commitments while building a high-performing leadership team. Regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5-7 years of regional operations leadership.
• Proven multi-location operations management.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Leader development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams.
• Set performance expectations and standards across locations.
• Translate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and regional P&L.
• Drive safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
• Improve inventory, service levels, and delivery performance.
• Foster ownership and continuous improvement culture.
