Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead multiple branch operations across a Super District in Omaha, NE.

You will translate corporate strategy into regional plans, drive safe and efficient operations, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments. You will develop leaders, manage budgets, and maintain policy compliance while raising the bar on service levels, inventory accuracy, and safety across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5-7 years of regional operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location operations and manage budgets.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in ISO, ERP/WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational teams across the region.
• Establish clear performance expectations and standards across all locations.
• Translate corporate strategy and initiatives into regional execution plans.
• Drive accountability through performance reviews and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue and service commitments.
