• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).
• 5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience in distribution or logistics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage multi-location operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Branch Managers across multiple locations.
• Set performance expectations and standards for all sites.
• Translate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Oversee regional budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Drive safety, compliance with OSHA/DOT and audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support growth.
