Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores, hiring and developing GMs, while owning the P&L and strategic direction. You will drive hospitality, operational excellence and a culture of accountability across the market.

You will partner with the Director of Operations and Field Leadership to scale leaders, improve KPIs, and launch new stores with strong execution and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or similar fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing managers who run them.
• Passion for hospitality and setting high standards in-store experiences.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment (reads P&L, dashboards).
• Proven people leader with hiring, coaching and change leadership skills.
• Strategic planner capable of quarterly and area-wide planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a high-performing A-team of GMs across 5+ stores.
• Own area P&L and strategic planning to improve store performance.
• Build and scale talent pipelines, succession plans and leadership culture across stores.
• Roll out initiatives with clear communications, training and adoption tracking.
