PLS is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a network of stores across the western footprint from Chicago headquarters. You will drive customer service excellence, financial performance, and policy adherence while coaching District Managers and ensuring talent development.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years of multi-unit management, strong communication skills, and a professional, energetic demeanor. Willingness to relocate within the defined market is required.

Qualifications

• Requires eight years of multi-unit management experience or similar regional leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with professional appearance.
• Strong customer service orientation and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stores in the region deliver outstanding customer service and meet operating objectives.
• Coach District Managers to set weekly/monthly goals based on store results.
• Develop strategies to improve regional performance and revenue growth.
• Prepare annual budgets with District Managers and monitor monthly financials.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development across the region.
