Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise and optimize the performance of all shops in the region. This role oversees staffing, training, budgets, and profitability while ensuring safety and compliance across locations.

You will coordinate hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of General Managers, work with maintenance teams, and drive sales growth through effective market analysis and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Assoc. degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5–8 years related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Must read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Must read and implement budget controls.
• Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train locations within the region.
• Maintain profitability and achieve budgeted goals.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of General Managers.
• Coordinate with maintenance, sales, and operations.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are enforced.
• Travel for meetings and business reviews.
• Attend business reviews with leadership and provide insights.
• Oversee inventory and product levels at locations.
• Lead market evaluations and growth strategies.
