Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores, develop General Managers, and own the P&L. You will build a high-performing, hospitality-focused team while driving strategic initiatives and store-level improvements.

You will coordinate with the Field Leadership team, scale the next generation of leaders, and create a culture of accountability, rapid growth, and exceptional guest experiences across our stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional customer and employee experiences.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment; reads data to decide next steps.
• People leader capable of hiring, coaching and leading through change.
• Strategic planner who can translate quarterly priorities into actionable plans for GMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across Slack, Notion and email.

Responsibilities

• Coach GMs to uphold hospitality standards and build scalable systems across stores.
• Regularly review stores’ KPIs and PnL; drive improvements and close gaps quickly.
• Lead hiring, promotion decisions, and succession planning for the area.
• Develop a cohesive area culture and align stores under a single team.
• Roll out changes and innovations across the market with clear communication and training.
