Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager in Boston to lead a district of General Managers, coaching leaders who build engaged teams across our stores. You will drive a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous learning, investing in people to scale next-gen leaders and exceptional guest experiences.

You will own the district’s people strategy, labor planning, and operational excellence while partnering with HQ to roll out initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a related fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations and developing managers.
• Strong operational, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, decide, and drive change.
• Willingness to travel regularly between stores in the market.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and staffing across the district.
• Champion hospitality and uphold Blank Street standards in service and execution.
• Partner with HQ to implement initiatives and operational improvements.
• Own district financial performance including sales, labor, and profitability.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
