Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores, develop GMs into senior leaders, and own the PnL. You will build a connected, high-energy team focused on hospitality, growth, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with the Field Leadership team to scale leaders, drive accountability, and deliver an exceptional experience for both staff and customers in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Passionate about hospitality and setting the bar high in every store you've managed.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment (read P&L, KPI dashboards).
• People leader who has developed managers and built teams.
• Strategic planner who can set quarterly priorities and translate them into plans.
• Excellent communicator, adept at writing and speaking in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Be the hospitality leader across your area; coach GMs to uphold high standards and behaviors.
• Own the area’s PnL and drive clear metrics, planning, and execution.
• Lead talent development: hire, coach, and promote managers to ensure succession.
• Roll out new initiatives across your stores and ensure adoption with training and comms.
