Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site integrator for a designated office or sub-region. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor portfolio health, and align local priorities with regional strategy, overseeing Project Management, Applications Engineering, and Field Service.

You will partner with PMO and functional leaders to ensure safe, timely, and profitable delivery while maintaining strong customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• 8-10 years progressive experience in the automation industry and field service functions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the water and wastewater industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service and other functions.
• Monitor KPI trends for project health, backlog, capacity, schedule performance and profitability.
• Lead regional reviews and communicate project health, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and escalate risks and opportunities across the portfolio to regional leadership.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, timeliness, and execution discipline.
