Job summary

Inframark in Johnson City, TN, seeks an Operations Manager to act as on-site integration across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions, translating regional strategy into local priorities and ensuring safe, timely, profitable delivery.

You will monitor KPI trends, manage resources and risks, partner with PMO COE and leaders, oversee customer relationships, support sales, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive operations and field service experience.
• Strong leadership, customer management, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across PM, Applications Eng, Field Service and other teams.
• Monitor portfolio health, KPIs, risks, and drive improvement actions.
• Manage regional staffing, capacity, and resource alignment to plan.
• Engage with customers to maintain relationships and support sales.
• Lead regional growth, retention, and continuous improvement efforts.
