Inframark Community Management Services is seeking a Director of Operations to lead cross-functional teams across multiple districts in Florida, Texas, and Arizona. You will own portfolio-wide performance, ensure compliance with governance standards, and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and service quality.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong experience in multi-site operations and a proven ability to align department heads while managing budgets and client relations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of operations leadership overseeing multiple departments or sites.
• Experience owning P&L or budget performance across a multi-department organization.
• Familiarity with regulated environments; Florida Chapter 190 governance a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and align multiple department heads into a cohesive operating team.
• Own end-to-end service delivery across the portfolio: governance support, field maintenance, amenities, and records compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Chapter 190 governance across districts (board meetings, records, public records requests).
• Partner with Business Development and Department Leaders on client wins, RFPs, and onboarding of districts.
• Set portfolio-wide performance standards and KPIs for management, maintenance, field services, and amenities.
• Own budget and fiscal performance across departments in partnership with leaders.
• Resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks and serve as escalation point for client concerns.
• Report KPI performance, compliance risk, staffing needs, and growth pipeline to VP.
• Collaborate to integrate new or acquired clients into standardized operating processes.
