Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operational integrator for the assigned office or sub-region, coordinating cross-functional execution and monitoring portfolio health. You will partner with PMO, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other leaders to ensure safe, timely, profitable delivery and a strong customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, construction management, operations management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PM, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other functions, coordinating cross-functional resolution.
• Monitor office/sub-regional operational KPIs, including project health, backlog, capacity, schedule performance and profitability trends.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships, resolve issues, and support sales activities.
• Monitor portfolio-level risks and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee relations for direct reports.
