Job summary

Bedrock Property Management seeks a Regional Operations Specialist to optimize occupancy, leasing execution, and compliance across multiple communities. The role partners with Regional Managers and onsite teams to drive occupancy growth, enhance resident experience, and ensure adherence to affordable housing programs.

The position requires flexibility for travel, hands-on support, and the ability to manage onboarding initiatives and special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily housing experience.
• Experience in leasing, occupancy management, resident services, or affordable housing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy growth across assigned communities.
• Analyze leasing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead with onsite teams on sales processes and lead management.
• Assist with recertifications and occupancy compliance.
• Provide onboarding support and training for onsite staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Regional Managers on site conditions and priorities.
