Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a housing portfolio, manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations across multiple communities. You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines while driving profitability and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in property management and CAM/ARM preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure staff training and performance counseling and guidance in line with company benchmarks.
• Manage salary increase requests and coordinate with HR and leadership as needed.
• Approve timesheets; monitor vacation and sick time for accuracy.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and fair housing across sites.
