Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multi-property housing portfolios nationwide. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires travel (25–50%), strong leadership, budgeting, and a focus on leasing performance and resident satisfaction. A CAM/ARM or related experience is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent housing industry background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
• Monitor rent collections and deposits; ensure timely submission and coding of invoices
• Provide capital improvement suggestions for properties
• Travel 25-50% of work time annually
• Ensure safety, fair housing compliance, and liability controls
