Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator Supervisor to support the Regional Field Sales Director and Territory Leaders. The role serves as the bridge to the Home Office, leads the RECO team, and drives process improvements across agents, customer service, and internal departments.

You will coordinate calendars, manage recruiting pipelines, participate in events, and support new agent contracting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience required.
• Must obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• 65 wpm keyboarding with accuracy required.
• Willingness to pursue industry-related classes required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Field Sales Director and Territory Leaders daily.
• Lead RECO team, establish procedures and best practices.
• Escalation point for operational issues; align with internal departments.
• Coordinate Managing Partner calendars and daily operation tasks.
• Manage recruiting pipeline database and communications.
• Attend networking/recruiting events and assist with contracting.
• Coordinate regional meetings and events; assist with terminations, reassignments, and office moves.
• Assist Managing Partners with managing Associate Regional Coordinator.
• Communicate regional updates to the field force.
