Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Regional Support Supervisor to lead a team of Regional Support Leads and guide their Specialists. You will hire, train, and develop staff, set schedules, and manage performance to ensure excellent service for real estate agents.

You will collaborate with branch leadership and RVPs, drive process improvements, and coach teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years business experience; 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior Real Estate and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach employees and motivate staff; lead by example.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People-first approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software systems.
• Strong collaboration across departments; proactive problem solving.
• Adaptable, able to prioritize and manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Regional Support Leads to drive success.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staff schedules and timecard approvals.
• Serve as liaison to branch leadership and RVPs.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and field leadership on agent awareness.
• Continuously improve procedures and drive efficiencies.
• Analyze feedback and prepare improvement reports.
