This hybrid role connects field agents and leadership with Home Office teams, manages scheduling and tracking of opportunities, and uses Salesforce and Office tools to ensure timely follow-up and visibility into growth metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with focus on business administration, management, insurance, math, or finance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce required.
• Minimum of two years in professional office experience or customer service role required.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field training efforts by supporting scheduling, logistics, communications, participation tracking, follow-up, and coordination with field leadership, trainers, and internal partners.
• Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and other business resources to identify potential Life and Annuity sales opportunities for both field agents and the Internal Sales team.
• Organize, prioritize, and track identified opportunities, ensuring appropriate follow-up, routing, documentation, and visibility into opportunity status and outcomes.
• Support the Internal Sales team and field agents by providing relevant opportunity information, reporting, resources, and administrative assistance that helps advance Life and Annuity growth.
