Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking an ADO Field Trainer/Customer Service Representative to lead the Field Force with training and support for independent contractor insurance agents. You will handle calls, in-person and email inquiries, and manage daily office operations at the Agent Development Office.

The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid P/C license or timely license acquisition.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Active P/C license required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Force with comprehensive training and customer service.
• Assist agents and customers by phone, in person, or email.
• Oversee daily office operations of the Agent Development Office.
• Handle billing, payments, and deposits per procedures.
• Prepare quotes and information for all lines of business.
• Support new agents and field staff using Farm Bureau products.
