Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a region of workforce operations, driving execution of the strategic plan with integrity and accountability. The role is remote, with travel to designated projects as needed, and reports to the Corporate Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, five+ years of supervisory experience, and deep knowledge of workforce development, programs, and operations. Competitive total rewards package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of experience managing systems, processes and people.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operations including implementation of workforce operations, policies, quality and financial initiatives.
• Develops annual operating and capital budgets for locations and ensures alignment with revenue goals.
• Maintains relationships with funding sources, legislators and local partners.
• Ensures compliance with client/funding source and regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Leads quality assessment and performance improvement activities; supervises localExecutive Directors.
• Drives market growth in the assigned region and oversees bid/contract development.
