Career Team is a leading workforce development organization focused on transforming lives through technology and compassionate services. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee a region’s workforce operations and drive strategic execution across programs and partnerships.

The role is remote, with travel to assigned projects and up to 20% regional travel, ensuring budgets, compliance, and outcomes meet goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree mandatory.
• Five+ years supervisory experience in relevant field.
• Experience in Workforce Development preferred.
• Ability to manage systems, processes, and people at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including financial and quality outcomes.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for each location.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential funding sources and policymakers.
• Ensure compliance with client/funding sources, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Lead quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Supervise local Executive Directors.
• Drive market growth in the assigned region.
• Evaluate and approve bid/contract development and submissions.
• Implement corporate initiatives and directives.
• Travel regionally up to 20%.
