Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee a region of our workforce operations. The role involves executing the strategic plan within the region, ensuring excellence and integrity across programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep background in Workforce Development, executive leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 20% regionally. This is a remote role requiring travel to designated projects and partnerships within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; five+ years experience managing systems, processes and people.
• Experience with strategic development and executive-level management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% regionally.
• Knowledge about the local region and relevant partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operations including financial, quality outcomes and customer relationships.
• Develops and maintains contact with current funding sources and, if applicable, local and state legislators.
• Ensures locations are compliant with client/funding source and regulatory requirements; company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the provision of quality service consistent with applicable laws and corporate guidelines; participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Supervises local Executive Directors; approves bid/contract development and submission.
• Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives.
• Other duties and projects as needed.
