Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee Workforce Services projects remotely. You will lead Regional Directors, manage expenditures, drive KPIs, and ensure service delivery plans align with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in business leadership with strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate across virtual teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in business leadership or similar roles with management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regional operations for Workforce Services division.
• Lead and inspire multi-unit teams and executive leaders to successful outcomes.
• Create, communicate, and implement the organization’s vision and direction.
• Meet with Senior Leadership to monitor KPIs and project performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans guiding business direction.
• Conduct onsite reviews at Career Team locations.
• Host weekly check-ins with Executive Director and Regional Director teams.
• Monitor external/internal landscape for opportunities and trends.
