Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AML, KYC and EDD procedures.
• New Account opening experience and required documents per business entity.
• Strong understanding of account transactions (cash, checks, wires, ACH).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching branch staff.
• Attention to detail and effective time management.
• Strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Bank policies and procedures for Deposit Operations, KYC, AML/CFT/OFAC, and Physical Security.
• Validate operational processes and regulatory compliance controls.
• Act as regional SME for branch operations, interpreting and implementing policies.
• Lead working groups to maintain QA and Internal Audit ratings.
• Monitor team performance and progress toward goals.
• Provide targeted training to branch staff on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate to address operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Plan and implement changes with peers, evaluating policy feasibility.
