Job summary

Bank-of-Hop is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and support the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will supervise tellers and other staff, monitor workflows, manage cash operations, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet branch goals and maintain a professional, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five years in banking with at least three in a supervisory role.
• Fluent English, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and basic computer applications; Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and performance to maintain service quality.
• Monitor workflows, cash operations, audits, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to meet goals and improve customer service.
• Provide training and support to staff; resolve escalated issues.
