Job summary

You will drive growth by expanding share of wallet, increasing temps on assignment, achieving KPIs, and partnering with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Develop and motivate Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service.
• Coach managers on team management and performance evaluations.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and conduct regular business reviews.
• Drive growth through strategy execution, process improvements, and client penetration.
